need some advice - who can I talk to?

You can call learn direct on 0800 100 900 to talk in confidence to one of our friendly, trained advisors.

They can give you free advice on jobs, courses, paying for your training or finding childcare. Don't worry if you can't call during the day as they're here from 8am till 10pm seven days a week.

They've also got lots of information and advice on our website. Check out the links below:

If you can't find what you're looking for, give them a call! All calls are confidential and because they're impartial, you'll get the best possible advice on your options. You can also email an advisor or request a call back at a time to suit you.
